General Admission is $19.99 (plus free entry for the under-2 crowd), it’s a ticket to a world of endless possibilities. But let’s not forget the essence of Lego – the sheer joy of creation. The event had so many opportunities to get your hands on some blocks and build! There was a Graffiti Wall where you could leave your artistic signature. And the Glow Zone, a neon wonderland where your imagination lights up in the dark!
There was also a Derby Races section was a hit among kids and adults alike. Guests could build their own race cars and watch them zoom down a 35-foot long track, competing against each other for the ultimate victory. It was a joy to witness the excitement on everyone’s faces as they cheered for their creations.
One particularly impressive feature was the massive 24×24 space collective Lego mural. Each participant received a square to fill in with Legos, following a design like a coloring book. Once completed, the squares were added to the mural, creating a magnificent collaborative artwork that spanned the entire space. It was huge!
The attention to detail and effort put into every Lego build at Brick Fest Live was truly astonishing. From a sprawling Civil War battlefield to a Minecraft Zone where collaborative building took place, the creativity was limitless.
As I strolled through the entry hallway, I encountered larger-than-life Lego creations. Seeing the Wicked Witch of the West towering over me was an experience, but standing next to a life-sized Woody from Toy Story was a highlight. It made me wish I could take him home and proudly display him in my living room. What character would you love to showcase in life-sized Lego form?
